At Logisyn, Christopher brings a strong track record of success, having closed transactions totaling nearly $3 billion in Enterprise Value. He also offers an extensive industry network and deep sector knowledge. He sources, originates, and executes deals across a wide range of sub-sectors, including asset-based transportation, freight brokerage, warehousing and distribution, final mile delivery, and mobility.

Christopher has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and investment banking, with a focus over the last decade on supporting organizations in the Transportation & Logistics sector.  He has advised founders, owners, large strategics, private equity firms, family offices, and lenders—developing exit strategies, forging strategic partnerships, unlocking growth opportunities, and carving out non-core assets/divisions.  Known for his deep technical expertise, strong interpersonal skills, and exceptional problem-solving abilities, Christopher has consistently exceeded stakeholder expectations.  He structures processes to align with client goals, maximize value, and ensure a high certainty of close. 

A consistent theme throughout his career has been his ability to lead and mentor teams, enhancing organizational effectiveness. Christopher places a high value on relationships and is known for building genuine, impactful connections. Combined with his analytical foundation—shaped by his early career as a certified CPA—his balanced approach delivers exceptional results for his clients.

Christopher holds an MBA in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking from the University of Wisconsin, as well as a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of San Diego. Outside of work, he enjoys quality time with his wife and two daughters—whether they're traveling, cooking, swimming, playing games, or simply enjoying each other's company. An avid sports enthusiast, Christopher also loves golfing, skiing, scuba diving, hiking, and playing ping pong and pickleball.
