Jake works closely with clients through each stage in a transaction, including the preparation of materials, organization and presentation of business information, and successful navigation of the due diligence process. Jake has worked extensively with both asset-light and asset-heavy transportation companies to execute buy-side, sell-side, and capital-raising activities. Over the course of seven years as both a financial service provider and an operator, Jake has developed robust technical skills and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing companies in the middle market.

Jake began his career as a financial analyst at Stifel Financial Corp. before transitioning to a role at a boutique investment bank providing M&A advisory services to middle-market companies in the logistics, industrial, and business services sectors. Prior to joining Logisyn, he worked in a senior corporate finance role at a middle-market financial company, where he reported directly to the CEO and refined his skill in transforming raw business information into meaningful reporting.
