After working at a middle-market investment bank and a CLO fund while in college, Kevin began his career as an analyst at Kroll, the largest independent valuation advisory firm in the world. He has worked extensively on transactions arising from financial reporting requirements including fair value measurement of acquired businesses, intangible asset valuation, goodwill impairment testing, and private share valuation. As part of the Logisyn team, Kevin hones his technical expertise in all aspects of the valuation and the due diligence processes to ensure efficiency in every engagement.
