As an Analyst on the engagement team, Kristian supports senior directors across all phases of the M&A process, including pitch preparation, financial modeling, due diligence, and execution. He works closely with deal teams on strategic analyses and client deliverables, bringing strong technical skills and a high level of precision to every engagement. His attention to detail and process-driven approach contribute to efficient execution and successful outcomes for clients.

Prior to joining Logisyn, Kristian graduated summa cum laude from DePaul University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a minor in accounting. While obtaining his degree, Kristian gained significant industry experience through internships at two Investment Banks, where he engaged in several products across various industries. Kristian was additionally selected into the Keeley Center Academy – A two-year co-curricular program designed to refine students’ technical competencies, preparing them for careers in investment banking.
