North America accounted for the largest number of acquisitions (by target location) in April 2025, with 50% of all acquisitions recorded. Europe accounted for 33.3% of acquisitions, with 10 acquisitions recorded in April. The United States was the most active region in terms of acquisitions (by target location), accounting for 13 acquisitions. In April, Transportation and Software emerged as the leading target service areas, each representing 25.8% of total acquisitions.
