Logisyn and Ti-Insight are proud to announce an improved tracking system that will provide a more comprehensive Logistics M&A transaction database month over month.

A total of 62 deals were identified in August 2026. Europe accounted for the largest number of acquisitions (by target location) in August 2026, with 40.3% of all acquisitions recorded. North America accounted for 37.1% of acquisitions, with 23 acquisitions recorded in August. The United States was the most active country in terms of acquisitions (by target location), accounting for 19 acquisitions, or 30% of all acquisitions recorded. In terms of target industry sector, Transportation was the most active target segment, with 17 acquisitions, followed by Freight Forwarding (10) and Logistics (6).
