Global Logistics M&A Recap in Partnership with Ti Insight
In March 2025, North America led global M&A activity by target location, accounting for 41% of all announced logistics acquisitions, with 13 transactions out of a total of 32. The United States remained the dominant player within the region, continuing to drive deal volume across various segments. Europe followed closely behind with 10 acquisitions, representing 31% of total activity. Asia accounted for 16% with five acquisitions during the month. South America and Oceania each accounted for 6% of total deal activity, with two acquisitions apiece.
