North America accounted for the largest number of acquisitions (by target location), with 11 transactions representing 45.8% of all recorded acquisitions. Europe followed with 10 acquisitions (41.7%), while Oceania recorded 2 acquisitions (8.3%). In terms of target industry sectors, Transportation was the most active sector with 8 transactions (33.3%). This was followed by Logistics with 4 acquisitions (16.7%). Freight Forwarding, Last Mile, Software, and Temperature Controlled Logistics each recorded 3 acquisitions (12.5%), indicating a relatively balanced level of activity across these segments.
