Global Logistics M&A Recap in Partnership with Ti Insight
Europe accounted for the largest number of acquisitions (by target location) in October 2025, with 44% of all 25 acquisitions recorded for the month. North America accounted for 28% of acquisitions, followed by Asia. The United States was the most active country in terms of acquisitions, by target location, with 24% of all acquisitions recorded. In terms of target services, Transportation was the most frequent target service of acquisitions (6 acquisitions), followed by Last Mile (5) and Freight Forwarding (4).
