Both North America and Europe accounted for the largest number of acquisitions (by target location) in September 2025, with 47% and 28% of acquisitions recorded, respectively. Asia accounted for 13% of acquisitions, with 4 acquisitions recorded in September. The United States was the most active country in terms of acquisitions (by target location), accounting for 13 acquisitions, or 40% of all acquisitions recorded. In terms of target services, Transportation was the most frequent, accounting for 19% of total September acquisitions, followed by Software and Logistics.
