Unveiling Logisyn Europa with Seasoned Leadership

With over 100 combined years in the logistics industry and more than 200 successful mergers & acquisitions (M&A) transactions, the Logisyn team understands the importance of an in-person presence during the process. As such, Logisyn is proud to announce that we have expanded our international footprint. Logisyn Europa began officially operating on March 1, creating a physical presence for our team in France and Italy, ensuring coverage of the entire European continent and the U.K.

Logistics is a global business, and M&A opportunities are not necessarily limited to “in-country” buyers and sellers. Logisyn has been working with international companies since our creation, and this is the next step in expanding our worldwide footprint. With Logisyn Europa, we are better positioned to service European buyers and sellers interested in transactions within and beyond Europe.

Alongside the creation of Logisyn Europa, we are pleased to introduce our new European Managing Director, Peter Reed. Based in Marseilles, Peter has extensive experience in logistics M&A and is responsible for developing and executing our growth strategy in Europe. His focus lies in spearheading business development initiatives, assisting clients through their growth and exit strategies, ensuring optimal outcomes, and maximizing value. Peter carries European and U.S. citizenship and is fluent in English and French, with proficiency in Spanish.

In addition to Peter, the Logisyn team consists of citizens with multiple nationalities and language fluency spanning Italian, French, Spanish, German, Polish, Croatian, Danish, Swedish, and Norwegian. We are committed to bringing the Logisyn experience to all ends of the logistics industry to help companies achieve their M&A aspirations.
