Tom Gujda

Tom partners with client leadership teams in identifying the ideal value proposition of a transaction by providing financial insight to support the marketing materials, diligence process and successful closing. He also manages the transaction execution to ensure an efficient process and optimal outcome for clients. Tom leverages over 20 years of experience in a breadth of client facing financial services roles where he focused on identifying and implementing actionable, value maximizing and risk minimizing financial strategies through which measurable objectives were achieved under very challenging circumstances.
Tom began his career working with information systems as both a programmer and business analyst where he developed a very strong technical skillset and comfort with large data sets. After earning his MBA, he transitioned into an associate role with an investment firm where he applied his analytical and modeling capabilities to turn around underperforming companies and position them for growth. Most recently prior to joining Logisyn, Tom served as a Principal at a boutique investment bank advising clients through various internal finance leadership roles and guiding executive management as a strategic business partner. He also executed on several M&A transactions including, sell-side, buy-side and capital markets engagements.
Tom earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Research from the School of Engineering and Applied Science at Columbia University in New York City. He also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University having specialized in Finance and Operations Management. Tom enjoys spending time with his family and friends in the great outdoors.
