Hybrid International Acquired by Magnate Worldwide

Logisyn Advisors is glad to have represented Hybrid International Forwarding as their exclusive M&A advisor in a sale to Magnate Worldwide. Headquartered in Atlanta, GA, Hybrid is an asset-light freight forwarding company that uses a "hybrid" business model to deliver the benefits of multinational buying power and the personal service of a smaller company. Magnate Worldwide, the parent company of Masterpiece International, is an asset-light, shipping, and logistics company focused on delivering high-quality services to its customer base.

With the intent to continue growing Hybrid, their President Andy Heller engaged Logisyn to find the best strategic buyer. This transaction is mutually beneficial as it allows Hybrid to continue expanding their service offerings, while also increasing Magnate's network reach. The deal closed on December 31, 2020, and the exact terms of the deal are not available to the public.
