International Freight Services (IFS) Acquired by ClearFreight

Logisyn Advisors is pleased to announce a sell-side transaction with International Freight Services (IFS). IFS is a well-known, non-asset-based freight forwarder in the Chicago market with a global network of customers and agents, as well as recently winning the WCA North American Agent of the Year Award. ClearFreight, another WCA member, acquired the firm on October 6, 2020. The exact terms of the transaction are not available to the public.
